1. Introduction Welcome to Trible Quest (“Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by PT Enterprise, located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trible Quest platform, including all sub-pages, mobile versions, and services offered for searching, listing, booking, and managing apartments, houses, events, venues, restaurants, bars, fitness services, and other listings (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features such as bookings or listings.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
4. Listings and Bookings
- Listings: Property owners, venue managers, restaurant operators, event organizers, and service providers (“Listers”) are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. Trible Quest acts solely as an intermediary platform.
- Bookings: Bookings are made directly between users (“Bookers”) and Listers. Trible Quest facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the contract between Booker and Lister.
- All bookings are subject to the Lister’s own cancellation, refund, and house rules, which must be clearly stated in the listing.
- Prices displayed are set by Listers. We may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before booking.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete payment card information.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual Lister’s policy and our Service Fee policy.
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform’s messaging system before seeking external remedies.
6. User Conduct and Content You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Engage in fraudulent bookings or spam.
- Violate any applicable laws, including those related to public health, safety, and licensing for venues/restaurants.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform (logos, design, text, images, software) is owned by or licensed to Trible Quest. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without prior written consent. Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it on the Platform.
8. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listing or service.
- We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising between Bookers and Listers.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trible Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link to your Privacy Policy page]. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
11. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through the Platform first.
13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify significant changes via the website or registered email.
